How quickly can you build my website?
Most websites are live within 3–7 business days of receiving your content and sign-off. More complex builds (custom features, e-commerce, multilingual) can take up to 14 days.
Do you work with businesses outside the Costa del Sol?
Our primary focus is businesses on the Costa del Sol, but we work remotely with clients across Spain and internationally for digital services (websites, AI agents, automation). Local businesses in our region can benefit from in-person onboarding.
What languages does the AI agent support?
All ZYLIO AI agents are built to operate in Spanish, English, and Arabic by default — matching the three dominant languages of the Costa del Sol customer base. Additional languages can be added on request.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Monthly plans are rolling — no long-term contract required. We prefer to earn your retention through results, not lock-in clauses. One-off projects (websites, setup fees) are charged on delivery.
What is Kit Digital and do I qualify?
Kit Digital is a Spanish government programme that provides digital transformation funding to small businesses and self-employed workers (autónomos). Eligible businesses can receive between €2,000 and €29,000 in subsidised digital services — at zero cost to you. ZYLIO is a certified Agente Digitalizador. Which services are available through Kit Digital?
Website design, social media management, and digital marketing are directly covered under Kit Digital categories. AI agents and automation can be structured under eligible categories depending on your voucher level.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Very little. A logo (or willingness to create one), your service list and rough pricing, and access to any existing accounts (Google, social media). We handle the rest. If you have nothing set up yet, we start from scratch — that's normal.
